Today is the first day of summer vacation and it is rainy and cold - a bit of a disappointment. We had a lazy morning, making gluten free doughnuts with the mix Mimi gave Zan a while ago. They were super easy to make in the oven (especially after I got the right pan).
Poor Zan had his first swim lesson of the summer today - The air temperature was 60 degrees and it was pouring rain.
