The Artist in Residence this year is an comics artist. Each classroom spends time with him every week during their scheduled art class. Zan is loving it and has been writing/making comics at home. The above comic strip illustrates the undeniable difference between boys and girls! The story, according to Zan, is that a little girl encounters a medium size alien, then she encounters a small alien, finally she encounters a very large alien. She screams and runs away, but the alien chases her and eats her! End of story.
