We recently suffered through a three day heat wave - a little crazy for June. We spent a lot of time splashing in the kiddy pool and running through the sprinkler. Earlier this week Sarah and I took Zan and Charlotte to the pond while Zoe and Lizzy were in school.
The fish are not frightened of people at all and swim around your legs. Zan HAD to catch one, which was quite a challenge because they are VERY fast!

love the poics of the water splaying through the air...
and your a ccount of the song and father-daughter dance moved me when i read it...i loved what you wrote, or rather, what struck me was the "they are always moving away frfom us..." and i agree, it is the goal, but it is moving to think about and kind of sad in a way and makes me want to just soak up every moment.
great shot of zan tearing it up on the floor...you are some good phtographers. the question: did mike and pam tear it up???
